Activities for under 5s
Twiglets
Thursdays at 1 – 2.30pm in the church hall, for Mums, Dads, Carers and under 5s. Enjoy a bible story with activities: singing, games and crafts to take home. While the children are busy making things and playing, adults can relax and chat with friends. Refreshments are served.
Taylor Toddlers
Wednesdays at 10 – 11.30am at Grace Taylor Hall for Mums, Dads, Carers and under 5s (during term time).
A chance for the little ones to play and for the adults to have a coffee, catch up with friends and perhaps meet some new people.
St John's Church Hall Playgroup
For all children in the local community aged 2 to 5. The Playgroup aims to provide a safe and secure environment for children to develop their social and educational skills by learning through play. The staff are fully qualified and trained in child protection and special needs issues. They aim to give each child a good educational start by basing their sessions on the 6 early learning goals as approved by OFSTED.
The Playgroup is open 9:00am - 12:00 noon Tuesday to Friday during term time.

Activities for 5-11s
Brownies
For ages 7- 11 years old. They meet every Friday from 5:30pm – 7:00pm and have lots of fun doing a wide variety of activities including craft, cooking, trips out, from London to Leeds Castle, games, gaining badges and making new friends. They also enjoy activities with the Guides and other Brownie groups.
